‘How to guide’
I use VidFlow to store all my wedding films.
VidFlow is super easy to use and your wedding films are stored on there for 10 years, however I strongly suggest you download them to a Computer, Phone, Tablet or a USB drive (or two!)… your can never have too many copies.
-
Your VidFlow website is personal to you. I will send you a link to your very own personalised website after your wedding day.
-
Yes! Give me a shout with what you want your password to be and I can get that set up for you.
-
It is unbelievably simple to watch your films back on a Smart TV. I could write a guide for this but VidFlow has done one already.

This is super easy, on your computer click on the 'Download Media' Cloud icon.
A box will then pop up with download options. I suggest downloading the Mobile Friendly versions for your phone, and then download the Originals for your computer and long term storage.
-
I actually sell beautiful Wooden USB drives & Boxes/Pouches, which are a gorgeous keepsake and personalised just for you.
These can be purchased using the link below:

Alternatively just purchase a good quality USB flash drive from Amazon, I will put a link below to a good quality one:
I would recommend a size of 16GB minimum.

No need to worry, just give me a shout and I will send you the link again :)

Your Wedding Film gallery/website is live for 10 years and having spoken to VidFlow they will send your an email notification before they close your website giving your the option to extend it for more years.
I would strongly suggest your download your films from your VidFlow website and save them just in case.
